Getting started
How to arrange your ride
Drop us an email and we will pair you with an Observer near you. To speed things up, please tell us:
- What bike you ride
- Roughly where you are based
- A contact phone number
- Which weekends tend to suit you
On the day
You will meet your Observer at an agreed spot, usually a cafe or car park. They will explain how the ride works and set a route. You lead, they follow, then you stop and talk it through.
Bring your licence, make sure your bike is roadworthy and insured, and dress for the weather. That is genuinely all you need.
Then what?
Nothing, unless you want it to. Plenty of riders take a taster ride and leave it there. If you did enjoy it, joining as an Associate is the next step.
Ready when you are
